Pilates Instructor

HI, my name is Jackie.
In 2004 I completed a BSc Physiotherapy (US) and after Community Service started working in private practice. 

I have always been fascinated by movement and rehabilitation and remember driving past a Pilates studio in 2006 and just knowing that this was something I had to do. 

So I joined a Pilates studio and started looking for opportunities to train as a Pilates in structor.
In 2007 the opportunity came along and I completed the Pilates Matwork course with Healthy Living Education. 

In the spirit of continuous professional development, the time was right to complete the BASI Mat Teachers Training in 2024, fine tuning and updating skills and always aiming to provide the best possible service to clients.
